Q. How or why did you start this business?

A. I started my website promotion business on a totally shoestring budget. I worked in a straight commission environment. I had just seperated from my then husband and I was eight months pregnant. I had to find a way to "fund" my maternity leave. Also, I aws a consultant for a now defunct direct sales company. While I was building that business on the internet, I was getting a crash course in internet marketing and wanted to help other WAHMs make money online too.

Q. How is the business in 2002?

A. My business is stronger than ever. While WAHMs are still my core customer base I do alot of business with big companies too.

Q. What advice can you give other WAHMs that are just starting out?

A. Persevere. Don't give up. Things won't always be easy, but keep up just the same. Make time for family. Working from home can be all consuming. Set schedules and stick to them.
