I started in 1997 first to sell my homeschool book and in 1999 share my adoption resources. it quickly grew to a 50 pages resource center. In 2001 I started doing personalized ID cards for homeschool families and adoption children. I added "do it yourself" ID kits later in the year at the request of parents. I took on sales reps in January 2002. I started CreativeChristians to help other WAHM's have a place to sell their goods. Q. How is the business in 2002? A.
The ID kits have really taken off both wholesale and retail! I have
15 sales reps at the moment! I
hope to have 100 reps by the end of the year! Come join my team! Q. What advice can you give other WAHMs that are just starting out? A. Find something you are passionate about, do it well, stay with it. Too many woman give up just before success! It is so easy to get distracted and keeping trying something else that looks like it is successful for someone else. Stay with what you are doing and give it your all. |
